Can we truly manifest what we desire, or is it just wishful thinking? While running, I reflected on how difficult it can be to bring our dreams into reality and why many people struggle with manifestation. One powerful technique often overlooked is the use of affirmations and audio loops—listening to our own recorded voice, repeating positive statements, to shift our subconscious beliefs. In this post, I share my thoughts on why some manifestations take longer to materialize and how affirmations can help align our mindset with what we truly want. Let’s explore this together!
