I am a single mom in my 40s, a teacher, and the woman behind BySuzike.
For years, I have been training, testing classes, adjusting routines, rebuilding after setbacks, and documenting what movement really feels like in everyday life. I created BySuzike because I saw a gap online. There was plenty of polished fitness content, but much less honest, structured insight from the point of view of someone actually doing the classes consistently and living a real life outside the workout.
