A quick and simple pork chops recipe that everyone will love. These pork chops are baked, but I always like to cook them first on the stove before putting them in the oven.

If you’re doing keto, cauliflower rice or keto fried cabbage will be ideal as side dishes. Otherwise, rice, potatoes, pasta, etc. will be great additions to this recipe.

How to make pork chops

Season the pork chops with lemon juice, salt, black pepper and cumin, preferably, the previous night. I like to season meat and fish the previous night. In my experience, they taste much better, because there’s time to absorve the seasoning really well.

Put the pork chops into a pan, add onion, green pepper, olive oil, tomato sauce and some water to cook the meat (not too much). Cook for 40 minutes in medium heat.

Preheat the oven to 392 degrees F. Bake the cooked chops in a baking dish for 20 minutes.

I like to eat it with cauliflower and broccoli rice. Enjoy!
