How to make keto no bake cookies
This recipe only has 5 ingredients: peanut butter, cocoa powder, coconut flakes, butter and erythritol. You can add vanilla extract.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients. If you want the mixture more sweet fell free to add 1 teaspoon of erythritol.
Scoop the batter onto the baking tray and place it in the freezer for around 40 minutes.
Store the cookies in an air-tight container, in the fridge or freezer.
