Today, I FINALLY experienced Les Mills Dance.

When I saw Claudia Estrela’s story about the Glow Party at PHIVE LISBOA, I immediately decided that I wanted to be there. I had to leave Portugal Fit 24 early and wasn’t able to try that class. So, this time, I wouldn’t miss this opportunity, especially because it would be Claudia’s class. Not even my stiff neck would stop me. 😁

When I arrived at the gym, I was warmly welcomed, had my glowy make-up done 🤩, and was shown around the space. And wow, I must say 😏! That’s a very glamorous gym. Well done, indeed! 👌🏾

When I saw Claudia, I was very happy. As usual, she was full of joy!

And then we entered the room. I loved the decoration and the dark ambiance. We definitely glowed in there. ✨👌🏾

Claudia introduced herself and her colleagues, Beatriz Alves and Ema Hinckley, and we started.

I’m so glad I decided to go dance today. What a wonderful class. OMG! The music is cool, and the instructors even more. They danced so well. It was both impressive and inspiring to watch.

The best part is that I was able to keep up—more than I expected! I’m not THAT out of shape. 😏

I had so much fun trying to imitate the moves. And, please, allow me to emphasize the word “trying.” 😁 But the best thing is that I was doing some serious cardio. The sweat was real, people! Les Mills Dance is intense. The good thing is that we are so focused on following the steps and the moves that we don’t realize how much we’re working out. That’s why I LOVE DANCING SO MUCH!

This class works the whole body, concentration, and coordination to an extraordinary level. And the number of squats we did? I kept hearing: “Can you go further down?” 😁

What a great experience I had today. I discovered a new place, met nice people, worked out, and had FUN DANCING! Cláudia, Beatriz, and Ema were incredible. They are kind, dance beautifully, and definitely made me want to move like them. 👌🏾🙌🏾

Les Mills Dance has gained a new fan! And her name is Suzike! 💪🏾🔥
