🥗 What I Ate Today
As part of my weight loss journey, I kept today’s meals simple and balanced.
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs with avocado slices, watermelon, and black coffee.
Lunch
Pork chops with black beans and sautéed vegetables. Coffee and water on the side.
Dinner
Pork chops with black beans and sautéed vegetables. Water on the side.
Snack
Plain yogurt.

💪🏾 Workout of the Day
Today I went for a run and jump rope session. I used the Les Mills Run program with Rachael Newsham. It was a powerful mix of running, stair climbing, and 200 jump rope reps. The combination of cardio and endurance work pushed my limits, but I could clearly feel my progress. I ran with better control, my stamina improved, and I managed to jump more times than before. Every step and every jump reminded me how far I’ve come.

💭 How I Felt
I felt really happy and proud of myself for staying consistent. Little by little, I can see progress — not just in how I move, but in how I feel. My body is getting stronger, my stamina is improving, and every session leaves me in a better mood than when I started.
