💪🏾 Workout (and Play!) of the Day
Today’s session looked a little different — no gym, no weights, just pure movement and fun.
We went to Monteiro-Mor Park, and it turned into one of those days where exercise and joy blend naturally.
We played ball, walked through the garden paths, climbed stairs, counted steps (math in action!), and laughed until we were out of breath.
It was a reminder that fitness doesn’t always happen in structured sessions — sometimes, it’s about moving, connecting, and feeling alive.
