When Life Cancels the Workout 😩

Yesterday was a perfect example of real-life fitness — the kind that doesn’t always go as planned.
I filmed my GRWM, dressed in my workout gear, made my coffee, and got ready to train. It was supposed to be a full session: core and cardio (running).
Everything was going to plan… until life decided otherwise.



What happened?

Just as I was about to start:

  • ⚡ The power went out — not just in my building, but across Portugal, Spain and parts of France.

  • ⬇️ The elevator stopped working.

  • 📺 In the middle of recording, the TV shut off completely.

Yes. Chaos.

But I still trained — just not how I planned

Instead of a smooth workout, I ended up:

  • Climbing 8 flights of stairs

  • Carrying two full grocery bags

  • Breaking a sweat and pushing my limits… unexpectedly

Real strength and cardio. No mat, no timer — just life making sure I moved.

Life isn’t always aesthetic. But it’s still fitness.

Sometimes, climbing stairs with groceries is the real workout.
