π A Morning Full of Intention
I usually like to exercise first thing in the morning, but today I had to run a few errands.
Still, the day started beautifullyβwith a wonderful breakfast. I made my lifesaver coffee and enjoyed some leftover pancakes (check out the recipe here), topped with fresh strawberries and my favorite low carb syrup.

When I got back home, I returned to my recovery journey β today is Day 4.
I did Les Mills Stretch #05 β the spinal mobility track β and it felt so good. The gentle twists and slow movements helped me release tension and reconnect with my breath.
But what truly made me smile was this: for the first time in ages, I was able to sit in lotus pose. Comfortably. Fully. No pushing, no pain β just presence.
I felt proud. I felt strong. I felt home in my body.

This short session helped me reconnect with my body, release tension, and honour where I am in this process.
Today was a good day β I didnβt feel any pain in my knee. It felt amazing to move freely, without hesitation or discomfort.
These pain-free moments are precious, and Iβm learning to celebrate each one.
