🌅 A Focused Start to the Day
The day started early — 6 a.m. sharp. I had my usual cup of coffee, laced with that quiet determination that comes from knowing I’m doing this for me. No hesitation. I went straight into my morning training — low-impact, focused, and exactly what my body needed today.

I then opened the Les Mills+ app. I did Les Mills Body Balance #85, a calm yet powerful session that worked exactly the muscles I needed to activate. It felt amazing to move again with intention — low-impact, focused, and part of my recovery.

🧘♀️ The Yoga Mat I Use
I’ve been using a supportive, non-slip yoga mat that really helps during my Body Balance sessions — especially now, as I recover from a knee injury.

🍳 Breakfast: Fuel & Flavor
After my session, I made a quick but delicious breakfast: scrambled eggs with pepperoni and another cup of strong coffee. It hit the spot — protein, fat, and joy in one plate. Simple, satisfying, and low carb.
🍗 Lunch: Nourishment in Progress
Lunch was the chicken I shared in today’s YouTube Short. Tasty, easy to digest, and part of my plan to stay consistent — with food that supports healing and focus.
🍽️ Dinner: Comfort + Balance
Dinner wrapped up the day beautifully: homemade meatballs with green beans. A comforting plate that felt nourishing without weighing me down — the kind of meal that makes me feel cared for from the inside out.

💬 Final Thoughts
I felt good, I ate well, and I finished the day feeling satisfied — body and mind aligned.
Today was a positive step forward in my recovery, and I’m proud of how it all flowed. One day at a time, one choice at a time — and it’s already making a difference.
