
After a while of struggling with knee pain, I finally felt ready to run again — and it was an emotional moment.
This 7-part vlog series captures one training session that meant a lot to me: my first real run after days of discomfort, when I finally felt free to move without pain. I filmed it on March 28, 2025, the day I reclaimed a bit of myself back.
I also talk about the importance of stretching, how I’m starting my low carb routine, and the mindset shift I’m working on — staying consistent, even when it’s hard.
