For reasons beyond my control I won’t be able to go to the gym today. My dear Zumba class 😢. But next week I’ll be there! 😎❤️💃🏾

So I would like to take this opportunity to share an idea for a healthy snack. The trick is to use seasonal fruits. They are at the peak of their flavor. And this combination was so delicious that I can’t believe I can eat this and lose weight! 😁😋

How to Prepare

1. In a container add the grapes and banana (cut into pieces);

2. Add the yogurt on top;

3. Finish with peanut butter.

And that’s it! Delicious, healthy and very nutritious!! 😋



INGREDIENTES

  • 10 grapes

  • 1 banana (I used the ones from Madeira – very tasty, but any will do)

  • 1 low-fat natural yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter (made only from peanuts).

INSTRUCTIONS
