For reasons beyond my control I won’t be able to go to the gym today. My dear Zumba class . But next week I’ll be there!
So I would like to take this opportunity to share an idea for a healthy snack. The trick is to use seasonal fruits. They are at the peak of their flavor. And this combination was so delicious that I can’t believe I can eat this and lose weight!
How to Prepare
1. In a container add the grapes and banana (cut into pieces);


2. Add the yogurt on top;

3. Finish with peanut butter.

And that’s it! Delicious, healthy and very nutritious!!
