I run not just for fitness, but to stay ahead of the version of myself that once made excuses. Fear isn’t always a bad thing—sometimes, it’s the best motivator we have. Today’s run took place at Estádio Universitário de Lisboa, one of the best spots in Lisbon for outdoor training and running. The track and surrounding areas provide an excellent environment for both beginners and experienced runners!
