Walking isn’t just about exercise—it’s about connection, discovery, and shared experiences. My walks with my daughter have become a special time for us to explore nature, stay active, and create meaningful memories. Whether we’re climbing uphill trails, enjoying a peaceful nature walk, or taking on new challenges together, each step strengthens not just our bodies, but also our bond.
These walks are also a great way to complement my Les Mills training and running sessions, offering active recovery and improving endurance. But most importantly, they remind me to slow down, appreciate the little moments, and see the world through my daughter’s eyes.
