Plain yogurt.

Today I trained Body Balance 102, a 45-minute session focused on strength, flexibility, and balance. It was a restorative yet challenging class that helped me stretch, breathe, and reconnect with my body.

In today’s Dream Pyramid Diary, I share my Day 12: Body Balance 102.
After yesterday’s leg day, my body needed something different: calm, control, and flow.
This 45-minute session focused on strength, flexibility, and balance. It was restorative yet surprisingly challenging. Every stretch and every breath helped me reconnect with my body. Slowing down can sometimes be the strongest move of all. 🌿
It wasn’t about burning calories or chasing exhaustion. It was about awareness, control, and the quiet confidence that comes from truly listening to your body.
