
🥗 What I Ate Today
As part of my weight loss journey, I kept today’s meals simple and balanced.
Breakfast
Coconut flour pancakes with blueberries and black coffee. bowl with boiled eggs, avocado, and tomato, served with black coffee and melon cubes
Lunch
Beef meatballs with black beans and sautéed vegetables. Coffee and water on the side.
Dinner
Beef meatballs with black beans and sautéed vegetables. Water on the side.
Snack
Plain yogurt.

💪🏾 Workout of the Day
Today I trained for 25 minutes focusing on core strength using my kettlebell. It was an intense session that worked my abs, obliques, and stability. Short, focused, and effective.

💭 How I Felt
Relaxed and tired. I felt proud because I keep pushing my body to its limits — and it keeps responding. It’s the best feeling ever!
