🥗 What I Ate Today

As part of my weight loss journey, I kept today’s meals simple and balanced.

Breakfast

Vegetable omelet, orange slices, and black coffee.

Lunch
Beef meatballs with black beans and sautéed vegetables. Coffee and water on the side.

Dinner
Beef meatballs with black beans and sautéed vegetables. Water on the side.

Snack
Plain yogurt.

💪🏾 Workout of the Day

Today I trained for a full-body session using my kettlebells and also completed Body Balance 105. It was a demanding day that worked both my strength and flexibility. I’m really tired, but committed to showing up and staying consistent.

🏋🏾‍♀️ Exercises I did today:

  • 25-minute Full-body kettlebell workout

  • 30-min Body Balance 105 session

Equipment I used:

  • 16 kg kettlebell
  • 2×12 kg kettlebell
  • Water bottle

💭 How I Felt

Super tired, but proud — because I showed up for myself. My body felt heavy and sore from the week’s workouts, but I pushed through anyway. By the end, I felt that quiet satisfaction that only comes from doing what you said you’d do, even when it’s hard.
