
🥗 What I Ate Today
As part of my weight loss journey, I kept today’s meals simple and balanced.
Breakfast
Egg omelettes with avocado slices, watermelon cubes, and black coffee.
Lunch
Pork chops with black beans and sautéed vegetables. Coffee and water on the side.
Dinner
Pork chops with black beans and sautéed vegetables. Water on the side.
Snack
Plain yogurt.

💪🏾 Workout of the Day
Today was leg day. I focused on lower body strength and stability using both kettlebells and dumbbells. It was a short but intense 25-minute session that really challenged my legs — they were burning by the end, but I pushed through every rep and felt accomplished.

💭 How I Felt
I felt really good and happy today. My body responded well, with no muscle soreness, and the workout went smoothly from start to finish. It felt amazing to move with strength and control — one of those days where everything just flows.
