💪🏾 Workout of the Day
Today was supposed to be a running, jump rope, and calisthenics day — but after a bad night’s sleep, I had no energy at all.
Still, I forced myself to go to the stadium. My only goal was to walk for 30 minutes — and that’s exactly what I did.
It wasn’t an intense session, but it mattered. Sometimes discipline means simply showing up.
By the end, I felt proud. That 30-minute walk changed my whole mood and reminded me that small efforts still count. ⚡
🏋️♀️ Fitness Update
I also shared with my followers that I canceled my gym membership.
I was paying for classes I never had time to attend, and that didn’t make sense anymore.
Right now, training at home fits my reality much better — it keeps things simple, consistent, and flexible.

💭 How I Felt
I was tired, heavy, and unmotivated, but I went anyway.
Once I started walking, I realized I just needed to move — not to perform.
Sometimes the win is simply not giving up on yourself.
