As part of my weight loss journey, I kept today’s meals simple and balanced.
Breakfast
Omelette with fresh herbs, black coffee, and melon.
Lunch
Steamed salmon with sautéed vegetables and plantain. Coffee and water on the side.
Dinner
Steamed salmon with sautéed vegetables and plantain. Water on the side.
Snack
Almonds with plain yogurt.

Today I trained with Body Balance 107 for 45 minutes — a full-body program combining strength, flow, flexibility and mindful movement.

In today’s Dream Pyramid Diary, I share my Day 4 — a calmer, more mindful session with Body Balance 107.
After three days of strength and endurance training, today was all about reconnecting — strength through flow, focus through breath, and balance through movement. ✨
This was also the day I showed my Wall of Motivation — the words that keep me grounded and remind me why I started.
Because true transformation isn’t just about how hard you push, but how deeply you stay connected to your purpose. 💫

💭 How I Felt
I felt less muscle soreness today, even though I was still tired and sleepy. I changed my plan and, instead of doing Core and Body Balance for 30 minutes each, I decided to complete a full 45-minute Body Balance session. By the end, I felt really good — I had the chance to stretch deeply and enjoy a meaningful moment of meditation.
