🥗 What I Ate Today

As part of my weight loss journey, I kept today’s meals simple and balanced.

Breakfast
Fried eggs with onion and herbs, served with avocado, tomato, fresh orange and black coffee.

Lunch
Roasted chicken with sautéed vegetables and black beans. Coffee and water on the side.

Dinner
Roasted chicken with sautéed vegetables and black beans. Water on the side.

Snack
Almonds with plain yogurt.

💪🏾 Workout of the Day

Today I trained Body Pump 129 — a tough and dynamic strength workout. Since I don’t have all the standard equipment, I adapted:

  • Used my trampoline instead of a step

  • Swapped the barbell for kettlebells and dumbbells

It was an intense session that challenged both my strength and endurance.

💭 How I Felt

I felt full of energy today, with no muscle soreness. The class was tough, fun and really productive. By the end, I was proud because even with all the adaptations, I didn’t miss a single rep and made the workout count.
