As part of my weight loss journey, I kept today’s meals simple and balanced.
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs with onion and herbs, grapes and black coffee.
Lunch
Roasted chicken with sautéed vegetables and black beans. Coffee and water on the side.
Dinner
Roasted chicken with sautéed vegetables and black beans. Water on the side.
Snack
Fruit and plain yogurt.

💪🏾 Workout of the Day
Today I trained Body Balance 108 — a 45-minute session focused on flexibility, balance and core strength.
It was a restorative yet challenging workout that helped me recover while still keeping my body active and engaged.

💭 How I Felt
After yesterday’s Body Pump, my muscles were really sore. Today’s Body Balance session helped me so much. It wasn’t only about the stretches but also the meditation that left me deeply relaxed. I absolutely loved today’s workout.
