This morning I kept it simple and delicious with a low carb breakfast that’s both quick and satisfying. I love starting the day with real food that fuels my energy naturally.

I made two mini omelets with red onion, cooked in a small pan I usually use for eggs or pancakes — that’s why they came out so round and cute.
On the side, I added fresh avocado cubes, a bowl of strawberries, and my essential cup of black coffee.
This breakfast is full of flavor and keeps me full for hours.
