⭐️ MANIFESTATION

In 2021 I started to really pay attention to the Law of Attraction. I decided to set important goals for my life, three to be more specific, that should be achieved before I was 50.

My site Bysuzike.com was born in the same year. At that time, my sister INSISTED that I wrote it in English. I hesitated and kept it Portuguese.

Despite this, the Universe kept bringing the English language into my reality: I was invited to an American Podcast, about homeschooling (of course in English), the majority of my website’s visitors are from the USA, and I am working as a freelancer for an American company. At this point, the Universe is basically SCREAMING AT ME: “write and speak in English!” 😁

At the end of 2024, I had the need to be alone with my thoughts. I felt quite lost about my goals. The only time I really had to myself was when I exercised. Therefore, I stopped going to the gym and started running. I was able to be by myself and reflect.

And, then, the magic happened – I understood that English and fitness were key to achieve my original goals. What I wanted to do and where I wanted to go depend deeply on this two. Now I can clearly see my manifestation in motion. And it gives me strength to continue.

The Universe is very competent when the matter is fulfilling our wishes. One thing I kept doing was being POSITIVE. Without this you cannot manifest good things for you.



STEPS TO MANIFEST

So, how can you only manifest what you want for your life? What are the steps?

🤔 Your THOUGHTS – You must ALWAYS pay attention to them. More often than not, we have negative thoughts that immediately delay or block our manifestations.

🧘‍♂️ Be POSITIVE: the people and environment around you influence your energy. Surround yourself with supportive individuals who uplift you. Engage in activities that raise your vibration, such as meditation, gratitude journaling, or spending time in nature.

🤲 What you WANT – You must know exactly what you want. Vague desires lead to vague results.

💛 Your EMOTIONS – Your thoughts and emotions create your reality. To manifest what you want, you need to think positively about your goals and feel the emotions you would experience if you had already achieved them.

😐 Limiting BELIEFS – we unconsciously block our manifestations with limiting beliefs like, “I’m not good enough” or “I don’t deserve this.” Identify these negative patterns and replace them with empowering affirmations.

💪 ACTIONS – Manifestation is not just about thinking; it’s also about doing. Set clear intentions and take actionable steps toward your goals.

🙂 TRUST – Trust the process.

🙏 GRATITUDE – Practice Gratitude. It amplifies manifestation. Be thankful for what you already have and for what you’re manifesting.

START WITH SMALL OR BIG MANIFESTATION?

Deciding whether to start with a big or small manifestation, will depend on your current mindset and belief system.

Start Small If:

🙂 you’re new to manifestation;

🙂 you need confidence;

🙂 your beliefs are limited.

Start Big If:

😎 you’re deeply motivated;

😎 you already have experience;

😎 you can handle uncertainty.

But why not choose a middle ground? You can manifest smaller things alongside a big goal. For instance:

🤩 Daily manifestations: a great parking spot, a positive meeting, or an unexpected gift.

🤩 Long-term manifestations: a dream job, financial freedom, or a healthy relationship.

The key to manifest is to align your energy and belief with your goal, whether it’s big or small. Start where you feel most confident, and as you build trust in the process, you can aim higher!

We can have everything we want in life. The problem is that our limited beliefs stop us from achieving our goals.

But this is an ongoing process. As long as we are alive, we can and SHOULD always try to better ourselves and our lives.

And never forget that you are always manifesting, either you believe it or not. We might as well play this game in our favor and manifest what’s good for us.
