I fell in love with Les Mills classes — not just for the workout, but for the energy, the music, and the joy the instructors bring.
Inspired by their positivity and contagious vibe, I started creating little movement moments like this one — just before heading to the gym.
They became my way of setting the mood, warming up with intention, and connecting to my body before class even started.
This groove was born out of pain — specifically, the pain of doing side planks in Les Mills Core. 😅
I remember struggling to hold proper form while still breathing, and thinking, “There has to be a way to make this fun.”
So I started moving — loosening up before class — and surprisingly, it helped. It turned dread into excitement, tension into rhythm.
Now it’s part of my ritual: a little groove to prepare both body and mind.
