Sometimes all you need is a good song, a quick dance, and a bit of movement to get into the right mood. Here’s a Zumba groove I like to do before heading out — nothing complicated, just a few moves to wake up the body and put a smile on my face.



This choreography was inspired by Diana Saldanha, who always brings the energy and keeps everyone smiling. Getting these moves right is a real challenge for my coordination, but it’s impossible not to have fun trying! If you need a mood boost, just hit play and try it with me!
