💪🏾 Workout of the Day
Today I did Les Mills Body Balance 104, and it was exactly what I needed — calm, mindful, and grounding. The flow helped me reconnect with my body after a few intense training days. I loved how every move combined strength, balance, and stretch.
The final meditation was in English and French, which made it even more special — two languages I love and miss speaking. It left me deeply relaxed and full of gratitude.
