Today was Leg Day, and to be honest, I wasn’t in the mood to train. But I reminded myself that motivation comes and goes — discipline is what keeps you moving.
Once I started, the energy changed. I followed the full plan, pushed through every set, and ended up sweating, smiling, and feeling stronger. It turned out to be one of those sessions that remind you why consistency matters.
