
💪🏾 Workout of the Day
Today was Upper Day, and honestly, I was tired and irritated.
I had zero motivation, but I trained anyway — because that’s what discipline is about.
Once I started, the focus kicked in. I did the full session, pushed through every set, and finished stronger than I expected.
Not my best mood, but definitely one of my most disciplined days.

💭 How I Felt
At first, I was frustrated and honestly didn’t want to start. My body felt heavy, and my head wasn’t in the right place.
But once I picked up the kettlebell, everything changed. I focused on the movement, the form, and the effort — one rep at a time.
By the end, I was exhausted but proud.
