🧰 Workout of the Day

Today’s session was all about lower body strength — a short but powerful leg-focused kettlebell routine that left me sweating and centered.

Before the workout, I showed the new equipment that arrived today:
• a 20kg kettlebell
• a large step platform

Both came still inside their boxes, ready to become part of my home gym setup.

Once I finished the unboxing moment, I jumped straight into a 20-minute kettlebell leg workout. Intense, simple and effective.

I ended the session proud, lighter and grateful for how far I’ve come. 💜

💭 How I Felt

This workout was tough but really satisfying.

My legs were on fire by the last sets, but the feeling of progress was undeniable.

I felt focused, disciplined and proud of myself today.
And the truth is simple: every small action is building the future I want.
