During this weight loss journey, I have been trying some new recipes. This one is easy and simple to make.

How to make Peach and banana Ice Cream with Peanut Butter



Place the frozen bananas and peaches in the food processor.

Start processing. Stop half way and, with the help of a spoon, mix it.



Keep processing until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.



And that’s it. The ice cream is ready.

You can add one teaspoon of peanut butter (sugar free version), on top.



Ingredients

(serves 2)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 medium peach

  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter (optional)
