  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder โ€” Check my favorite brand here.

  • 2 to 3 tbsp erythritol or any low-carb sweetener (or any low-carb sweetener) โ€“ This is the one I used. (adjust to taste).

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • 3 tbsp almond milk (or any unsweetened plant-based milk)

  • Optional: dark chocolate shavings (70%+), fresh strawberries for topping

How to Prepare

1๏ธโƒฃ Blend all ingredients โ€“ Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Add it to a blender or food processor (This is the food processor I use โ€” it blends everything into a silky mousse in seconds!) along with the cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, salt, and almond milk (or milk of choice).

3๏ธโƒฃ Taste & adjust โ€“ Taste and add more sweetener or cocoa powder if needed, depending on your preference.
