Ingredients
๐ฅ Chocolate Avocado Mousse

1 ripe avocado (large)

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder โ Check my favorite brand here.

2 to 3 tbsp erythritol or any low-carb sweetener (or any low-carb sweetener) โ This is the one I used. (adjust to taste).

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

3 tbsp almond milk (or any unsweetened plant-based milk)
-
Optional: dark chocolate shavings (70%+), fresh strawberries for topping

How to Prepare
1๏ธโฃ Blend all ingredients โ Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Add it to a blender or food processor (This is the food processor I use โ it blends everything into a silky mousse in seconds!) along with the cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, salt, and almond milk (or milk of choice).

2๏ธโฃ Process until creamy โ Blend until smooth and silky. Scrape down the sides if needed to ensure a consistent texture.
3๏ธโฃ Taste & adjust โ Taste and add more sweetener or cocoa powder if needed, depending on your preference.


4๏ธโฃ Chill & serve โ Spoon the mousse into small jars or bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.


4๏ธโฃ ๐ Tip: serve it chilled with berries or a spoonful of coconut whipped cream for an extra special touch!
