How to make the Oven Baked Vegetables

Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F.

Wash and chop the vegetables.



Put all the chopped vegetables in the baking tray and season with olive oil, salt, black pepper and coriander.



Bake the vegetables for 45 minutes.

  • 250 g of cherry tomatoes

  • 350 g of eggplant

  • 540 g of zucchini

  • 150 g of carrots

  • Salt, olive oil, black pepper and coriander, to season
