⭐️ Walking with Kids: Overcoming Tiredness & Staying Active
Walking with kids can be both rewarding and challenging—especially when they start feeling tired and want to stop. This weekend, my daughter struggled with motivation, but with some encouragement, she kept going and completed our family walk. Along the way, I noticed other children telling their parents they were too tired to continue, which made me reflect on how we, as parents, can support our kids in staying active and building resilience. In this post, I’ll share our experience, the lessons we learned, and tips on how to help kids enjoy walking.
👟 By the way, I wore my favorite running shoes today, the Nike Pegasus 39 – https://amzn.to/3EDIpe8, which gave me great support on this route;
👟 And my daughter wore TENSAUR RUN 2.0 for kids: https://amzn.to/42UhgxN. She LOVES these shoes!
