- In a bowl whisk together eggs, almond milk, almond flour, cinnamon and baking powder.
- Spoon a 1/4 cup of the pancake mix onto a hot buttered frying pan.
- Cook the pancakes until the edges are set and the bubbles are popping in the middle.
- Use a spatula to flip the pancake over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite low carb berries and/or low carb syrup.
