Ingredients
🍫 Makes about 6 bites — depending on your silicone mold size

80g dark chocolate (85% cocoa or higher) – this is my favorite brand

2 teaspoons peanut butter (unsweetened)

1–2 strawberries, finely chopped

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

Silicone molds (mini muffin or bonbon size) – these are my favorites
How to Prepare

Melt the chocolate
Use a double boiler or microwave (30 seconds at a time, stirring in between) until fully melted and smooth. -
Create the chocolate base
Spoon a little melted chocolate into the bottom of each silicone mold. -
Freeze the base
Place the molds in the freezer for 5 minutes so the chocolate can harden. -
Add the filling
Add a few chopped strawberry pieces and a small drop of peanut butter to each mold. -
Fill with chocolate
Cover the filling with more melted chocolate until the molds are full. -
Optional: Add sea salt
Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top to boost the flavor. -
Chill until set
Freeze for 10–15 minutes or refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.
💡 Extra Tip
If you have leftover filling, grab a spoon and top it with some low carb whipped cream for a mini dessert moment 😄
