Ingredients

  • Juice of ½ lime

  • 2 teaspoons erythritol (or to taste)

  • 4 to 5 fresh strawberries, chopped

  • 50 ml white rum (adjust to taste)

  • Ice cubes

  • 100–150 ml sparkling water

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)



How to Prepare

  1. Add lime and sweetener
    In a large glass, squeeze the lime juice and stir in the erythritol until dissolved.

  2. Add strawberries
    Mix in the chopped strawberries and gently muddle to release the juices.

  3. Pour in the rum
    Add the rum and give it a gentle stir.

  4. Add ice
    Fill the glass with ice cubes.

  5. Top with sparkling water
    Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to combine.

  6. Garnish and enjoy
    Add a mint leaf or a slice of strawberry for a pretty finish. Serve immediately.
