Back to training in January feels different when you stop waiting for the “perfect” moment. Happy New Year. I’m done with being lazy, so I’m restarting slowly and focusing on consistency instead of perfection. Last week I only trained twice and that was enough to get me moving again.

How I’m restarting (slow and realistic)
I started last week very slowly. I exercised only two days, with walking and Body Balance. Today I went swimming, tomorrow I’m planning kettlebell, and on Wednesday I might do Body Step, depending on how I feel. I’m keeping it simple because I want this to be sustainable.
If you’re restarting too, this is a good reminder that doing a little consistently beats doing a lot once and disappearing for weeks.
Real life update (yes, my hair is still wet)
I filmed this right after swimming, and my hair is still wet. I don’t have the patience to use the hair dryer for a long time, so I keep a towel nearby and carry on. Real life timing, real life energy.
Why I’m not filming workouts right now
The last few weeks I’ve been focusing on my blog because it’s the central part of my Dream Pyramid and a life changing project for me. Anything that was purely for fun, like filming training or doing “camera workouts,” is not my priority at the moment.
Some ladies asked me to show workouts more often. I’m not going to film the training itself, but I will post little stories like this because motivation helps, especially when we are trying to get back on track.
My “futile” summer motivation (heels, skirts, dresses)
My motivations are very simple and yes, they sound a bit silly. Summer motivates me. I think about the high heels I want to wear. I think about skirts and toned legs. I think about dresses, tops, leggings, all of it.
If you need motivation, think about what you want to wear during summer. For me, that mental image is enough to keep me moving.
My goal: 15 kilos, healthy, and realistic
I have 15 kilos to lose and I don’t want to lose more than that. I like to be thick but firm. That’s why I love training with weights. I believe I can get there by summer in a healthy way.
I hate dieting, so I’m focusing on healthy options and building consistency with movement. No extremes, no overthinking. Just showing up.
The swim discovery that changed everything (music underwater)
Today I went swimming and I discovered something that genuinely made me excited: underwater earphones. You can listen to music underwater and the sound travels through your bones, which is perfect for me because I get ear infections frequently.
To protect my ears, I use earplugs for swimming to prevent water from going inside my ears. The earphones stay outside the ear, and the earplugs do the protective job. Swimming with music felt like a complete game changer.

Quick reminder for January (start now, bit by bit)
It’s January 12 already. The sooner you start, the better. Don’t wait until March. Starting early is easier because you can build slowly and improve as you go.
Do bit by bit. When June arrives, you’ll feel more confident to wear the skirts, heels, tops, and dresses you want.
Conclusion
That’s it for today. A simple restart, a swim day, a kettlebell plan for tomorrow, and a small reminder that motivation can be as simple as what you want your summer to look and feel like.
