Today, while my daughter was having her swimming lessons, I decided to explore another Solinca: Solinca Light Alvalade.
At that hour, there weren’t any group classes available, so I jumped on the treadmill for a 30-minute power walk. Honestly, with the sun burning outside, walking indoors with full AC was a bliss.

The space is clean, modern, people are really nice and the atmosphere feels light. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the weight and machine room — it actually made me want to try a few new machines. I’m always open to new adventures and changing my mind, so who knows? Maybe I’ll start seeing gym machines in a whole new light.
