- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 large eggs
For the cinnamon coating
- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
How to Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the donut pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, and melted butter.
- Combine wet mixture with dry mixture and mix until smooth.
- Fill the donut pan about 3/4 of the way.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden.
- Let cool, then remove from the pan.
- Mix erythritol and cinnamon for the coating.
- Brush donuts with melted butter and press into the cinnamon mixture.
- Repeat with remaining donuts.
