Materials I Used

  • Silicone donut pan
  • Blanched almond flour
  • Erythritol

Ingredients

For the donuts

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 large eggs

For the cinnamon coating

  • 1/2 cup erythritol
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

How to Prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease the donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet mixture with dry mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the donut pan about 3/4 of the way.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden.
  7. Let cool, then remove from the pan.
  8. Mix erythritol and cinnamon for the coating.
  9. Brush donuts with melted butter and press into the cinnamon mixture.
  10. Repeat with remaining donuts.

Tip

If your donuts stick, you likely need a bit more grease or extra cooling time. Silicone pans release best once the donuts are fully cooled.
