Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blanched Almond Flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 large eggs

  • Butter for cooking



Instructions

  1. In a bowl whisk together eggs, almond milk, almond flour, cinnamon and baking powder.
  2. Spoon a 1/4 cup of the pancake mix onto a hot buttered frying pan.
  3. Cook the pancakes until the edges are set and the bubbles are popping in the middle.
  4. Use a spatula to flip the pancake over and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite low carb berries and/or low carb syrup.
