⭐️ Running in the Rain: How to Overcome Excuses & Stay Motivated
Have you ever looked outside, seen the rain pouring down, and thought, ‘Maybe I’ll skip my run today’? We’ve all been there. But true progress comes when we stop making excuses and push through, no matter the conditions. Running in the rain is more than just a workout—it’s a mindset challenge, a test of resilience, and a powerful way to build mental toughness. In this post, I’ll share my experience of embracing the challenge, running despite the discomfort, and how you can develop the discipline to show up for yourself, rain or shine!

Today’s run took place at Estádio Universitário de Lisboa, one of the best spots in Lisbon for outdoor training and running. The track and surrounding areas provide an excellent environment for both beginners and experienced runners!
