Group fitness class tracker for women cover styled with blush fitness accessories on a soft neutral background

If you have been following my fitness journey here on the blog, you know I document every class I take. Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Step, GRIT Strength, RPM, Zumba, Pilates and more. Every session gets a review, with notes on the instructor, the intensity, how I felt, and what stood out.

That habit of writing things down changed how I train. When you have a record of every class, you start to see patterns. You notice which instructors push you in the best way. You remember that class that nearly broke you and realise you survived it. You have proof of your own progress, in your own words.

This tracker is the printable version of that habit. A simple one-page format for each class, so you can build your own record of progress, one session at a time.

What is inside the tracker

Each page covers one class session and includes space for the class name, instructor, studio, intensity rating from 1 to 10, energy and mood before and after class, what went well, what to improve, whether you would do the class again, and notes and highlights from the session.

It is simple, printable, and designed to be used consistently without becoming a chore.

Who this is for

This tracker is for women who attend group fitness classes regularly and want to get more out of every session. Whether you do Les Mills, Zumba, Pilates, spin, or any other format, this works for any class in any gym.

It is especially useful if you are over 40 and paying attention to how your body responds to different types of training. At this stage, recovery, energy levels, and consistency matter more than intensity alone. Tracking helps you train smarter.

How to use it

Print the pages and keep them in a folder or clip them together. Fill in one page immediately after each class while the experience is still fresh. After a few weeks, look back and notice what your body is telling you.

You can also use it alongside my individual class reviews on the blog to get a sense of what to expect before you try something new.
