🥗 What I Ate Today

As part of my weight loss journey, I kept today’s meals simple and balanced.

Breakfast
Fried eggs, avocado, coffee, and fresh orange.

Lunch
Sautéed chicken breast with cream, boiled potatoes, and a fresh tomato salad.
Coffee and water on the side.

Dinner
Sautéed chicken breast with cream, boiled potatoes, and a fresh tomato salad. Water on the side.

Snack
Plain yogurt and fruit.

💪🏾 Workout of the Day

Today I trained a mix of cardio and calisthenics — focusing on endurance, grip strength, and core activation.

🏋🏾‍♀️ Exercises I did today:

  • Les Mills Run (cardio training program)

  • Calisthenics – Passive hang → 3–4 sets of 10s

  • Jump rope → 100 jumps

💭 How I Felt

I felt really tired today, but I managed to complete the workout. I loved the Les Mills Run — it was intense, with powerful sprint moments. Calisthenics was very challenging, but I’m feeling confident. By the end, jumping rope was tough, but I still pushed through and reached 100 jumps.
