As part of my weight loss journey, I kept today’s meals simple and balanced.
Breakfast
Fried eggs with orange pieces and black coffee..
Lunch
Roasted chicken with sautéed vegetables and black beans. Coffee and water on the side.
Dinner
Roasted chicken with sautéed vegetables and black beans. Water on the side.
Snack
Plain yogurt.

💪🏾 Workout of the Day
Today I focused on upper body strength. I completed a 30-minute session targeting arms, shoulders, and back. It was a challenging yet satisfying workout that helped me feel stronger and more energized afterward.

💭 How I Felt
It was hard to get started today. I overslept, and only discipline pushed me to train. Once I began, I gave my best and felt proud and happy for showing up. Discipline over motivation — always.
