Body Balance 104 was exactly what I needed today. After three days of more intense workouts, I was craving a session that would help me stretch, slow down, and properly reset. That is one of the reasons I love doing Body Balance on Thursdays. It gives my body the recovery, mobility, and calm it needs before I move into the rest of the week.

I had also been feeling my knee a little when walking, even though I always stretch and warm up properly before running. That reminded me again how important structured stretching really is. For me, Body Balance is perfect for that. It is not just a workout. It helps me recover, reconnect with my body, and finish feeling genuinely better than when I started.



Workout of the Day: Body Balance 104

Today I did Body Balance 104, and it reminded me once again why this is my favorite Les Mills class. It has everything I personally need after harder training days: stretch, control, balance, breath, and that incredible final meditation track that always helps me reset mentally as well as physically.

This session felt especially good because my body was clearly asking for more mobility work. By the end, I felt relaxed, stretched out, and ready to move on with my day in a much better state.

How I felt after

I finished this workout feeling deeply relaxed and genuinely happy. It was one of those sessions that makes you realise how much your body needed to slow down, stretch properly, and breathe.

What made it even more special was the meditation at the end. It was done in French and English, which I loved. I speak French and really miss it, so hearing both languages during the meditation made the whole session feel even more meaningful. The message was simple and powerful: you are strong, be strong, and be proud of it.

By the end, I felt calm, centered, and ready to get on with my day.
