💪🏾 Workout of the Day
Today’s session was all about upper body strength — a mix of kettlebell and dumbbell work that left me feeling powerful and centered.
I went into this workout focused and calm, and by the end, I could feel that quiet sense of pride that only comes when you give your best.
I finished the session sweating, smiling, and grateful for how far I’ve come. 💜

💭 How I Felt
This workout went really well.
I felt focused and strong throughout the session, especially during the last sets.
The upper body work was tough but satisfying, and I could feel how much stronger I’ve become.
By the end, I was tired but proud. 💪🏾
