Last Friday, my daughter and I officially kicked off our summer with a real beach day with kids.

We headed to Moita to check out a river beach for the very first time. Did we enjoy our beach day with kids? The full answer is coming soon in the main post.

For now, here are a few moments from our (not-so-ordinary) day — a little bit of getting ready, a little bit of real life, and a whole lot of summer feeling!

Am I beach ready? Because I’m feeling it! 🌞🌴

Looks like I’m not the only one feeling beach-ready today!

She definitely nailed the look too! 😍

Who needs to completely change when there’s so much to explore?

She’s ready for action! Priorities, right? 😁

Heading home happier, with sand everywhere (and a little browner)! 😁🌞

And don’t forget the sun protector. Your skin will thank you later! 🌞🧴

We had so much fun just letting go, enjoying the sun, and making memories. I love these days when everything is simple and real.
Full beach day recap coming soon—hope you’re finding time for small adventures, too!
