Ingredients

  • 1 regular wheat wrap (approx. 40 g)
  • 1 large egg (approx. 50 g)
  • 1 small apple (approx. 130 g)
  • 1 small banana (approx. 100 g)
  • Black coffee (optional)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

How to Make It

  1. In a pan, scramble the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper until cooked.

  2. Place the scrambled egg inside the wrap and fold it.

  3. Toast the filled wrap in a nonstick pan for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until lightly golden and warm.

  4. Serve the wrap on a plate.

  5. In a bowl, add chopped apple and banana.

  6. Pour yourself a cup of coffee.

That is it. Quick, tasty, and filling.
