Looking for a quick, balanced breakfast you can actually repeat on busy mornings? This egg breakfast wrap is one of my real-life combos: a simple wheat wrap with scrambled egg, served with fresh apple and banana, plus a cup of coffee.
It is simple, satisfying, and ready in minutes. It keeps you full and gives you solid energy for the day.
Ingredients

In a pan, scramble the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper until cooked.
-
Place the scrambled egg inside the wrap and fold it.

-
Serve the wrap on a plate.

Pour yourself a cup of coffee.
That is it. Quick, tasty, and filling.
