Les Mills is a big part of my fitness journey, from the strength of Body Pump to the flow of Body Balance. Each class challenges me differently, helping me build strength, endurance, and confidence.
But my training doesn’t stop there — I also enjoy other group classes like Zumba, Tone, Glutes & Abs (GAP), and Pilates. They add variety, fun, and balance to my routine, making my workouts more sustainable and exciting. 🏋🏾♀️✨
